 | International Programmes
As one of the founders of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), RFSU has always had an international commitment. The aim of our work is to contribute to sexual and reproductive health work, including HIV prevention, outside Sweden by utilising RFSU's own experiences and expertise, gathered from over 70 years in the field. RFSU is committed to the recognition of the sexual and reproductive rights of all human beings. With a holistic view on sexuality the work mainly focuses on youth and gender issues.
RFSU has developed a method of institutional collaboration that can be adapted within differing cultural contexts. Programmes are developed and implemented in close collaboration with a local NGO. Click here to read more about our view on Institutional Collaboration.
