 | Our Companies
RFSU owns two companies: RFSU Inc and Etac Inc. Etac's ownership is divided between Nordstjernan (60%) and RFSU (40%). The surplus of these companies goes to the RFSU’s non-profit operation such as sexuality education, research and various programmes.
RFSU Inc
RFSU Inc offers condoms and sexual aids of the highest quality to give men and women a safer and more pleasurable sex life - and as a result a better quality of life.
The company has many different condoms in their range. Each type has some feature which distinguishes it from the others. This might be the colour, the size, the fact that it has bumps or is easier to roll on. In addition to condoms, RFSU Inc. also sell e.g. lubricants and do-it-yourself tests (e.g. pregnancy tests) and sexual aids (e.g. dildoes and vibrators).
RFSU Inc is the market leader in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, with a market share of 75% in the Nordic region. The company also sell condoms in countries such as Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Russia, Switzerland, Spain, Germany and Hong Kong.
In the Nordic region condoms can be bought at petrol stations and pharmacies, in grocery stores and kiosks, as well as via mail order and over the Internet.

Etac Inc
Etac develops, manufactures and sells aids for people with restricted mobility. Their vision is that everyone should be able to live a free and independent life and create their own way of living, regardless of their physical circumstances. The way they usually express this at Etac is to say that what they really do is to “create possibilities”. In their product range one can find walkers, weelchairs and hygiene products, among others.
Etac achieves this in two ways. Firstly by developing aids that meet users’ requirements in terms of both appearance and function. Secondly by working closely with their customers, who comprise therapists, purchasers and other key personnel in the health and care professions. Etac operates in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Germany.
Etac's ownership is divided between Nordstjernan (60%) and RFSU (40%).
