Film "Talking about sex"

It is possible to change outdated gender roles. The short film "Talking about sex" introduces you to men and boys who have reconsidered sexist beliefs as a result of participating in the project Young Men as Equal Partners, YMEP. Abortion – making it a right for all women in the EU

Cover of report

In October 2007, women testified in Brussels about not being able to access abortion in the EU. The setting was a hearing on abortion. Here you'll find a report documenting the event. Among the contents:

- Short summaries and full length-speeches

- Why the focus was on abortion as a right

- What kind of mandate does the EU have when it comes to abortion

- Different views on a common EU law on abortion – do we want one?

The report may be of use in the planning of similar events, and we hope that you will pick up some new information as well as be inspired to form new ideas. And hopefully we will see more joined efforts to tackle the question of abortion within the EU.
