Cooperation with RFSU

RFSU cooperates with national NGO:s in Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe. The main part of this kind of cooperation is funded by Sida, the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Click here to visit Sida's web site: www.sida.se, English version).

RFSU is not a funding agency that disposes of grants for distribution to partners in different countries. We apply for funding programme by programme.

A programme is usually initiated by a NGO/FPA with a concept paper and a request/proposal to cooperate. If found feasible RFSU contacts Sida for a preliminary reaction on interest to allocate financial support. In case of a positive response we continue the dialogue with the initating organsation up to the finalising of a project plan and an application for funding.
